An eclectic mix of ROCK N’ ROLL featuring…

We’re the Right Offs. We’re a Rock n’ Roll band from New Haven, Connecticut. Formed in 2015, our current lineup features Max Loignon on vocals and guitar, Than Rolnick on bass, and Bob Breychak on drums. We LOVE to play shows and have done so all over Connecticut, Rhode Island and New York. Of our live performances the New Haven Independent said “The Right-Offs sounded tight, even tighter than the band is on its last release, and more ferocious, raging around the twists and turns in the band’s clever, tightly wound material,” while the NewHavenMusic blog called one our recent shows “one of the most high energy performances at Cafe Nine in recent memory…”. In 2016 we self-released our debut album Quiet Down to rave reviews in local press. Chip McCabe’s ‘The Metal Dad’ blog named Quiet Down as the best non-metal album of 2016, while the ‘Twangri-La’ blog commented, after a favorable review of the album, “I can only imagine their stage presence.” In March NYC’s The Deli Magazine named The Right Offs as one of the Best New England Emerging Artists of 2017, putting in writing what everyone already knew: The Right Offs are a force to be reckoned with. We are currently performing at venues throughout the Northeast and beyond, bringing the same energy, joy and grit no matter where we go. Maybe it’s art, maybe it’s music, maybe it’s just what we love. Nothing wasted; not one movement, syllable or glance. You’ll see us coming out of the corner of your eye and we’ll leave it to you to try and turn away.’

“Killer” punk and ska from CT.

Gritty, grimy, chugging and swerving with a sometimes nasty little groove, heavy in a time with a definite need for that, and proving that “metal” can be both that and be “melodic”, Kings and Liars are here to show you what rock & roll should be. Not content to blend in with the mediocre or downplay their heaviness, Kings and Liars bring nothing but their rock & roll grit and swagger to each and every show. Pulling from a pure love of early metal and larger doses of 90’s grunge rock, KaL moves past the “classic rock” ear tag and drives their sound forward with the volume up and the pedal flat. After years of touring as utility members in bands (JASTA, Kingdom of Sorrow and Toxic Holocaust), Charlie Bellmore, Nick Bellmore, Chris Beaudette had the desire give a nod to their influences but not re-hash them. With Paul Chasse fronting the band, that point is proven with their 4-song e.p. released this past April; part one of their three EPs to be released from these recording sessions.
